Jan Rydvan

Jan has been working in the legal profession since 2015 and has been an attorney at law since 2021. In his practice, he primarily focuses on contract law and the legal aspects of doing business in the field of crypto-assets, including related regulatory requirements. His goal is always to provide legal services within the context of the client's business—seeking legal solutions that are comprehensive, clear, and practically applicable, and above all, always aligned with the client’s business vision and direction. As part of his legal practice, he actively follows current developments in the area of crypto-assets and technological innovation.

He has been involved, among other things, in:

• the preparation and review of contractual documentation for providers of digital services and technological solutions;

• legal advisory for startups, established companies, and fund structures operating in the crypto-asset sector, including setting up their business models and related contractual documentation in compliance with applicable regulation;

• ensuring regulatory compliance, especially in the area of AML, for providers of services related to virtual assets.
