Jakub Olšina
Jakub has been working in the legal profession since 2012, the year he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University. He has been a licensed attorney at law since 2015, when he passed the bar exam with distinction.
In his practice, Jakub has long focused on commercial and civil law, intellectual property law, and information technology law. He has extensive experience representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings. As a member of the Blockchain Legal team, he provided legal advice on numerous projects in the crypto business sector. The field of information and communication technology law is Jakub’s personal professional specialization, which he continues to deepen through postgraduate studies in the ICT Law program at Masaryk University.
When working with clients, he emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and practical solutions in the client’s best interest. Jakub believes that legal advice is most valuable where a long-term relationship based on trust and mutual understanding is established. That’s why he strives to ensure that every collaboration is not just a one-off service but the beginning of a partnership in which he gains a deep understanding of the client's specific needs and business.

comprehensive legal support for the operation of a successful digital business, including acquisition processes and representation before courts and supervisory authorities;
preparation of legal analyses and contractual documentation for entrepreneurs in the crypto sector;
representation of clients before courts, including complex corporate disputes and proceedings requiring expertise in the area of crypto assets.
